Message Pool

The Message Pool IBP element is the standardised link between all the business areas of the IBP International Banking Package total banking solution and external media such as SWIFT, telex, EAF, ELS, Multicash, etc.

The Message Pool concept enables standardised processing for all the interfaces currently found in IBP. Central management for all outgoing and incoming messages takes place here. The Message Pool monitors and where necessary diverts messages to alternative transmission and output media. The current status of all messages queuing for processing is visible at any time in the Message Pool. It is possible to automatically select and forward messages from the message pool according to individual parameters, e.g. for particular currencies at fixed times.
